Refunds

If the item is in its original condition, we will accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the order if it is unopened and can be resold. Please e-mail or call for return authorization. We ask that your order number be recorded and put inside the box when returned along with a complete explanation. All refused shipments or returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return credits (for the purchase price only, not shipping) will be issued once the package is received here at our office.

We will help handle warranties through the manufacturer, but in most cases, it is the customer's responsibility to follow manufacturer’s warranty policy and go through their return or replacement procedures. If you push the buy button, you understand that Advantage Lifts does not extend warranties other than that from the supplier or as stated.

Duty, Customs, and Tariff fees on international orders are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Error & Inaccuracy Disclaimer

The information on the Advantage Lifts  website may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any obvious errors or inaccuracies and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Please note that such errors or inaccuracies may be related to product descriptions, pricing, and availability.

In the event of a pricing error, Advantage Lifts will provide you with the following options:
  (1) to proceed with the transaction based on the corrected information; or
 (2) to cancel your transaction. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase due to any errors or inaccuracies, you may return it as an Incorrect or Defective Item pending approval.
